Tulips at Dusk

Blip 200. Today just flew in - and there were not enough hours in the day. Late home from work, quick bite to eat, then had to rush out. Got back in just before 9pm and although the light was going these red tulips seemed to be calling out to be blipped. Decided to have a wee play with effects on this one though not exactly radical in its finish.
