Civic construction for New Annual

This Friday starts 10 days art, culture and creativity which is being called "New Annual".  I am not sure what is being constructed here at Civic park nor do I quite get the title for this culture fest but hey ho there will be a lot of good things going on.  A bonus was that they turned the fountain off so I could lean over and take this portrait wide angle for steveng's challenge this week.

We are getting Van Gogh live which is at Foreshore park and which I have tickets for for next week. La di dahhhhhhh,
