Celeriac

Not home grown but bought in Waitrose today. These are destined for pear and celeriac soup for the cafe next week
This week was horrendous. I have never in all my years of working at the cafe come home so tired , with a headache and feet that hurt. We were forced to go into the kitchen upstairs. So much does not work for us. The workflow doesn’t work. No where to stack the dirty dishes and I never saw anyone outside in the cafe area. I ate my dinner on the go which has never happened before.
One one week and I am done with the cafe
