The Birds

I heard an advert on BBC Radio 4 Extra for a dramatic reading of The Birds as I was leaving to find a blip today. This is the Daphne du Maurier story that was made into a film by alfred Hitchcock. I've heard this 4 Extra version before, it's pretty good.

Anyway, when I found this feather in a puddle, the rest became clear. I did put it on a mossy stump to photograph it but wanted something more sinister. Also, all that red in the photo yesterday was making me giddy, there was danger of nosebleeds, monochrome was the order of the day.
