Quartier de l'Écusson, Montpellier

I had planned to run in the promenade du Peyrou this morning but it was closed for a festival, so I improvised and ended up in the park off place de la Comédie, near the Corum. On the way back, and again this afternoon, I explored the back streets in the Écusson neighbourhood where I took this photo. I'll definitely be doing more of that in the days to come - it's a great area. Work-wise, I spent some time on the edited volume, and things are starting to take shape. J got his bike into riding shape and was happy to take it out this morning.
