Chocolate crispies

The tea bread went down quite well at choir which surprised me. It was a bit brick like but the flavour was good. Having eaten some and taken it to church this morning to test it with the office staff I have very little left for the Noah’s Ark parents and helpers so I was going to make caramel crispies, butter, marshmallows and toffee! However could not find any toffee anywhere!

Then I thought I could make chocolate crispies so bought some dark chocolate! Since I already had the marshmallows I melted butter, chocolate and marshmallows and mixed in the rice crispies! It is good!!! They will be happy with a choice of either chocolate crispies or some tea bread which is healthier!
