Seriously yummy

Found a simple vanilla cake recipe with great reviews. Blimey it’s fantastic and so easy to make. This is number 3!!

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (or gluten-free for Sara)
1 cup sugar (I used 3/4)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white vinegar or lemon juice
5 tablespoon oil (I used virgin olive oil)
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup water

180•C for 25 mins
