Flower Friday...Heleniums

I don't think I have blipped the heleniums in the garden before, still giving a great splash of late colour...thanks Bikerbear:)
Bfriend club this afternoon, usual noisy mayhem, but left smiling. Took twice as long to get home than it should do as no 4.15pm bus again...I was fed up but tried slow deep breathing to calm myself...and held the thought that it's the Strictly launch show on TV tonight.  ......yaaaay. :))
