Spaghetti Squash "Virgin"

I was recently given this Squash and couldn't remember ever eating one let alone cooking it. Reference to the interweb was made and the first attempt after baking half was to prepare a filling of blue cheese with toasted breadcrumbs, plus of course the teased out squash. So pleased with the result that I prepared the second half tonight with grated cheddar, breadcrumbs,  green pesto, the squash, with a layer of Parmesan on top. Again a good result, so added to my list of favourites!
