Found Villages by the Sea interesting tonight as Ben Robinson was in Flamborough where (fingers crossed) I'll be going to soon. Haven't been for years, used to love it there when I was a nipper. Gardeners' World was also good as they went to Lowther Castle - one of my feel-good places in Cumbria.

I've still felt a bit tired today but nowhere near as bad as yesterday so that's good. Thanks for the kind comments yesterday.
