Just Two

On my big trumpet vine, only two leaves have turned.  All the rest are still a lush green.  I suppose someone has to go first but I wondered, why these two?  Soon the landscape all around will take their cue and the great change will begin.  A little breezy this morning as the extreme outer edge of Hurricane Fiona slides by on the way to maritime Canada.  Fingers crossed for them that it won't be as bad as they are predicting.
