Doing My Bit For The Community

Banana and chocolate cake, strawberry and white chocolate cake, and chocolate and coconut cups; all packaged and ready to go for the Save GIC Day sale. (They all taste amazing, even if I do say so myself - I mean its only right when you're the baker to check they taste ok as you're packing them up!)

The GIC (Gwangju International Center) offers great support to people in and around Gwangju and is currently in need of funds to relocate, hopefully this weekends bake sale and flea market will help. For me though I just like any excuse to bake!
