Best fried egg sandwich ever!

I have been unwell for a few days and haven’t eaten much other than paracetamols or left the settee. My fit bit doesn’t understand what has happened. Mid morning today I felt marginally better so made my self get in the shower and out of my dressing gown. I needed a lie down to recover from such exertion!

Just as strictly was finishing I had an overwhelming desire for a fried egg sandwich which Mr H kindly made for me, with added salt! Without doubt the best fried egg sandwich ever.
