White sourdough baked in a tin

I made two sourdough loaves last night and baked them this morning; one in a banneton and the other in a regular bread tin to see how it would come out. It rose very well (between midnight and 9am) and I slashed it before baking which helped it expand in the oven. This should make great toast.
