I love yeast cookery and one of my favourite makes is Chelsea buns. This is a variation on that , apple cinnamon buns. Thus is the final proofing before they go in the oven . Will cook when we get home later from coffee.
. Tomorrow I will make the caramel iced topping. That is a long process as I do not have a pressure cooker. 3 hours for the condensed like to caramelise.

Another video call with the family, Matt this time as Christie has lost her voice. Hope she is ok for school tomorrow .
Off to friends for coffee now.
