Putting away the stuff I took out with me yesterday to the Tabletop Workshop I found these very nice Hops. Not sure which participant brought them but thank you :)

Hops are use in the production of Beer. Did you know that it is thought that French Monks perfected this brewing technique in the 13th century. It did not happen here in England until the 16th century.

Well done the French - I am off to have a half now (maybe two)
