Life through the lens...

Newhouse Farm

A very relaxing overnight stop.
We woke to a glorious morning and so I couldn’t resist a walk round the garden. My sort of place. A bit overgrown but still lovely with all sorts of plants, shrubs, and trees. Numerous sitting areas, pond, stream, vegetable garden, fruit garden views over the farmland and beyond.
Homegrown tomatoes with our full English breakfast. Homemade jams with our toast.
A farm no longer just a quirky B&B.

A very good journey home. No holdups. Even sailed through Morton - in - Marsh and up the M1. Good weather all the way.
However it does feel cooler now we are home, and have lit the wood burner for the first time this winter.
So nice and cosy now.
First lot of washing done. Several more to do tomorrow. Hope the weather will be fine so I can dry it outside.

Happy Hollidays, but still nice to come home.
