......start to the day on the canal.

A moment to reflect on life and just gaze out into the distance, daydreaming.

Not for me.....I was hurtling along on the mountain bike, I did slam on the anchors when I saw this mighty beard though.

We set off from my fathers for a change as I was there for an ebay sale and exchanging of a bike I sold for him.

It was great getting in some miles in around my childhood home area.

I got back from the ride, had a cuppa with my mum then returned home to tidy up after the party yesterday.

Finished the weekend off with a take-away Chinese and watching the last episode of Sins Of Our Mother, a shocking documentary on Netflix.
