Swallows

Saw a swallow today for the first time! I was doing my chi gung walking, feeling a bit grumpy and fed up when it flew past me into the bothy. At once, I felt cheery and happy. A pair of them nest here every year and we watch as the young learn to fly and they dart about the skies. When Lulu, our cat, is out in the garden, the adults dive bomb her and scare her away.
