Blooming Palm

Never seen one flowering like this before.
The official birdwatcher was on Dartmoor and her bird of the day was a common crossbill. My job was taking garden waste to the temporary collection point in a Torquay car park. I misunderstood the queuing system and was shouted at. Later I went for a seafront walk at walking football pace, passing this splendid palm.
