These apartments on the sea-front in Porthcawl cost about £175 thousand pounds for a one bedroom flat. There are 42 apartments & the penthouse at the top costs considerably more. They are so ugly we the locals call it the bottle bank. I think you can see why! It was bitterly cold there this afternoon. We went looking for a boatie blip for our friend from the north, but no luck.
