Well, the calendar says it's fall, perhaps they forgot to tell the weather, 30c today in the afternoon.
As some would say, at long last the Canadian government finally decided to end all the C-19 restrictions/mandates as of October 1st. No doubt the idiots in The Freedom Movement will claim it as their victory.
