Our Honey

I was taking a shot of a jar of honey, under studio conditions, when it dawned upon me, do people know why supermarket honey is always clear?  The short but simple answer. Pasteurisation.
Which is why wildflower honey has those magical medicinal properties, apart from being scrummy. Unless of course you suffer from the marmite effect.
