Dillington

I went up to Ilminster in Somerset this morning. I'd booked onto a photography day being run by Somerset County Council. I wasn't sure how appropriate the content was but I wanted to check it out and get plugged in for other content.

It was at Dillington House, a grade 2 listed building dating from the 16th century but was reshaped approximately 200 years ago. After lunch we had the opportunity to take a walk around the grounds with our cameras. They're wonderful grounds. Formal gardens behind surrounded by some wild parts with evidence of all sorts of wildlife. I took quite a few shots but the one I liked best is this one of a fountain in the courtyard nicely framed by the ornate windows.
