Sun trap

There's a place on the stairs where Pippa likes to sit when the sun is low in the afternoon.

I've just sold my car, quite sad to see it go this evening. I was pleased for the buyer who's got himself one hell of a motor at a very good price. We had four comfortable and fault-free years from it but it was time to move on to something different. Now we have to wait a while until the new car arrives.

Had a visit to a hearing specialist today. An assistant came through to the waiting room and shouted out people's names as their turn came up, not always successfully, seemed a bit of a daft thing to do in a room full of people with hearing problems. A bit of a worry in the check up but need some more tests.
