We're in for a Treat!

We were fortunate to receive some vouchers for Cley Smokehouse for a Christmas Present last year.  We had been saving them up for the summer but for various reasons we hadn't used them.  Well, today we put that right and have spent them on some smoked fish goodies for dinner tonight.  We're looking forward to some smoked crevettes, kiln-roasted salmon, and gravalax, which we'll enjoy with some salad, avocado and a delicious loaf of sourdough, also made in Cley.

Of course, we can't have all these goodies without a glass of something sparkly to go with it.  This will be summer's last hurrah...albeit a little late.
