Here we go again!

Chien de la fleuriste, rue Saint Guilhem

This florist is on the corner of our street and the owner has the most beautiful dog who tends to sleep in the doorway.

Chronopost picked up our bags this morning right on schedule, so that bodes well. We aren't taking any chances, though, and put tile trackers in them... just in case. We're quite relieved not to have to cart them onto the train tomorrow, and went out for celebratory crepes for lunch after the pick-up.

I also convinced J to do a rather long walk that was not particularly interesting, through the "Antigone" neighbourhood. It's a newer part of Montpellier, created between 1983-2000 with lots of "neoclassical" office buildings. There were some interesting fountains and a nice area along the river. We came back through the place de la Comédie, which I thought I shouldn't leave Montpellier without photographing (see extra).

We catch an early train to Paris tomorrow morning. It's been a lovely stay here, but we are really looking forward to Paris and to unpacking our suitcases and staying in one spot.
