V25PMK Homeward bound...

I enjoy photographing the huge transports of Peter McKerral of Campbeltown.  My interest started when I read that one of the 1930's bus fleets running around Campbeltown was owned by a relation of the present day haulage fleet owner and that there were connections in those days with the Craig family of West Coast Motors. WCM eventually bought the Southend service from McKerral's along with the bus company in 1938. 

Today I spotted this black McKerral's Volvo beauty thrashing through the torrential rain along the A83 near Tarbert.
