Avebury Stone Circle

Our Autumn break is over, we've had a great time in Dorset, quiet and relaxing. We were able to get out every day for a walk in the lovely countryside that is such a contrast to Cambridgeshire. The weather was good apart from the pouring rain and howling gales of Friday afternoon.

Our journey home was free of any holdups or other problems... the first time we've had that coming home from Dorset.

We made the now obligatory dogleg on the way home to stop at Avebury for lunch and a walk around the stones... This is one of my favourite places...
