Fairground

The Rood Fair returns to the Whitesands in Dumfries this weekend and so I photographed this scene earlier today.  There is a long history attached to this fair, which I should really read up on but in the meantime, this is today's blip.  I watched the previous group disembark and one girl was sick, it has clearly been too much for her, it really does not appeal to me!
