Hendrix is 5!

Today we had Hendrix's 5th birthday party. Top is the dining room before they arrived.

It was hilarious, and very noisy, chaos but the children were so funny and Hendrix loved his presents.
I made the cake earlier this morning, Marlane decorated it with the cream and 'Chocolate Burgers' which is two large milk chocolate buttons with a smaller white chocolate button between them!
We roasted two large 'Cook in the bag' extra tasty chickens, chicken nuggets, cocktail sausages, chips, small corn on the cobs, mayo and tomato ketchup. Kept it simple, it is a childrens party after all!
Dessert was the cake, iced party rings and 'exceedingly good' French Fancy cakes, which, with apologies to Mr Kipling, I find far too sweet so not so 'exceeding good' for me.
It was a fun day, and used the air fryer for everything except the cake (two 7" round tins) and corn on the cob.
