London Marathon runners heading through Greenwich

Helen and I walked down to watch the mass start runners from the London Marathon - walked the route from Woolwich flyover (Japanese drummers) almost to the Cutty Sark before heading back towards Blackheath, past the red start. Walking over Blackheath we bumped into Gus, out for a walk on his own, and we went to the Hare & Billet, buying some drinks to sit out by the pond, as it was warm and sunny.

I went out for a run myself later, following some of the red start route through Charlton to Woolwich before following the riverside path back past the Thames Barrier
