Fishing for Scallops

That's a very valuable catch, all those boxes of scallops but also a very controversial one as my understanding is that the method of catching scallops by dredging the seabed really destroys the ecosystem. I have read recently that some shops and restaurants are only selling dive caught scallops better for the seabed but they must be very expensive!
