Golden celebration.

Most of my roses haven’t had their normal second blooming this year, very disappointing. This lovely rose is in a pot and was assiduously watered throughout the hot weather and this is my reward.
I found some lovely fat conkers this afternoon and brought them home to put in the corners to repel spiders, I had some last year and I am sure they made a difference.
