St Mungo

This is the St Mungo at High Street mural. One of several incredible murals around Glasgow.

Whilst Orla was at her drama class at RCS this afternoon, Mum, Dad and Conor did a bit of Glasgow sight-seeing. Incredibly this was the first time we had visited Glasgow Cathedral and we were fortunate enough to go whilst an organ recital was taking place. It's not the best looking cathedral on the outside but inside it is stunning. We did a bit of the mural trail walking back to Buchanan Galleries and had to dodge the showers.

We sheltered in Doppio Malto on George Square and waited for Orla to meet us there after her class. Our first time there also - two great new discoveries in one day! The menu looked so good that we decided to have an early dinner there.
