A very rainy day here . My blip is a late blooming sunflower in the back garden. A real beauty .

I taught a women’s only yoga class in the morning , and then we found a Cat’s protection pop up shop in town and I bought a lovely shopping bag . ( that’s tomorrow’s blip sorted ;-) )
in the afternoon I visited my friend Julia and then my Mum.
We made a delicious vegetarian curry yesterday which we had again today.
