Into the Sun......

Our first outing together since Friday as we were making sure someone was home just in case our cat returned. And as of this morning she hadn't. So it was a subdued walk, making decisions on moving her stuff, as it we didn't want to see it around the house. We even considered putting the bird feeder back up as we'd taken it down so that she didn't have prey to attack!

Once we got home we moved her bedding, toys, food bowls, etc into the loft out of sight. Within minutes of doing all this who should saunter along the low wall in the garden - our little cat! As if she'd just been out for a few hours rather than nearly 3 days.....

She looked fit and healthy with a clean and shiny coat. Wherever she'd been she'd looked after herself. She was really hungry and munched her way through several plates of chicken and was quite thirsty too.

We were so relieved she'd come home, and we trooped back up into the loft to retrieve all her belongings!
