Black hand

Today I found our local baker Mr. Andrea together with his  best friend Mr. Yannis. They invited me for a chat and so we talked and I noticed the black hand.  I asked what happened and how it blackened so much.... Walnuts! Walnuts they both told me, paint black your skin when taking off the outer skin.
