Views from a different era.

Mumbai or Bombay as it was in 1946 when my late uncle was stationed there.
Trying to sort some small photo’s he took, they are only 
8.5cm x 6cm but most have a description on reverse.
Top left - Racecourse @ Mahalaxmi
Top right - Prince of Wales Museum.
Bottom right - Grant Road, Mumbai which was Out of Bounds this was an red light area by all accounts.
Bottom left - The Majestic Hotel.
Middle - The Town Hall Mumbai which was used as Services canteen.
Very interesting photo’s from a different time.
Found some others which I may post at a later date.
