Siskin

This morning we went up to visit MaggieD's Mum who celebrates her birthday in a couple of days. When I say "celebrate" I really mean "ignore" as she does not put cards up or anything in case her neighbours find out and make a big fuss!
Anyway, our gift was a new bird feeder station and some bits and pieces to go with it. We are all delighted to see the number of birds taking advantage of the new "restaurant"; siskin, greenfinch, goldfinch, sparrows, assorted tits and a woodpecker are all regulars.
Off out this evening for a meal out with the girls. Andrew will not be with us as he is in Inverness with the band.
