Orchid

One of the challenges of looking after mum is looking after her many houseplants. She is unable to pass a garden centre without buying something and there are around 15 in her living room. This orchid (there are two others in various states) is a minor triumph as it reflowering. Not quite sure how we managed it, but it looks great. For Freezer Challenge day 5 we had a stirfry with frozen  prawns, sweetheart cabbage (in place of pak choi), soy sauce and sriracha chilli sauce.
