Down came the rain in torrents

It wasn't quite so wet this morning so without getting soaked I managed a trip to the recycling centre and the chemist before popping into the local pet shop to replenish my stocks of bird food.

The rain this afternoon has been of biblical proportions and with flooding I feel as if I am living in Noah's Ark.

Off to Fife tomorrow .... hoping that I won't have to wear my wellies for the next five days.
