Out and about

Returned to pool swimming this am. It was fairly quiet so I enjoyed 30 mins and probably completed 30 lengths. Later A and I went for a walk in the park, the shelter was occupied though the weather was mild. We are hoping to walk 100 miles this month as part of a Cancer Research challenge as we both have a sibling who has had surgery and treatment this year.
