Río Guadalmedina, Malaga

Hard to believe that this is a river by the time it reaches Malaga. A walk along it confirmed a small rivulet still running , contained within a concrete channel.

My mate Wiki tells me that…

“…the Guadalmedina has its source at the La Cruz Peak..
It is a river subject to high seasonal variations and has five well defined tributaries which have their sources in the Montes de Málaga range, the Arroyo de las Vacas, Arroyo Chaperas, Arroyo Humaina, Arroyo Hondo and Arroyo de Los Frailes.
All of these rivers are dry most of the year…”
So now you know…

And yep, still not Cosham..
