New Life

Walking the dog up the farm I often see nature at it's best.

Today I had my camera and the right lens to capture this mother cow and her just born calf, you can clearly see the remnants of the broken umbilical cord still attached to mother and calf and the afterbirth - which she promptly ate but I thought that might be a bit much for a blip.

I find these sights of nature and new life in the spring very uplifting - hope you do to
