Breakfast minna' back blip

We seldom get a visit from a white egret. I'm not sure why, but when we do it is a big deal! I was thrilled to hide behind the boat and get some shots of it. In this one it has a minnow in its bill. The tide was high enough that it was up in the yard making fishing much easier for the egret. I guess that was the reason it was here. The creek provides meals for so many. 
We started crabbing our pots this afternoon with Sugar onboard. Wouldn't you know she jumped in. The dog who will not walk on wet grass. That ended crabbing as we were going to dinner this evening and now miss needed a bath. She did swim and hubby snatched her out. Thankfully I had put her harness on before we got in the boat!
