Sunflower in the sun

It started out a bit damp and grey but by the time the washing was done I was able to hang it out to dry in the breeze.
Then up to church to finish grouting the mosaic, now it's ready for the Men's Group to finish it off. It's been a multi-group project and we hope lots of groups will enjoy it. 
By the time I was underway with it the sun was out and it stayed out the rest of the day.
A few jobs in the house and then out to do some gardening, and get a pic of the 6ft sunflower.
By the time I'd got in and done my physio exercises I realised I'd not had a walk, cycle or run - but didn't rush to get changed and go out, I'd had plenty of exercise!
