If you go down to the woods today

Last year when I visited this wood it absolutely poured with rain. Today it was sunny when I set off, had clouded over as I got out of my car and rained before I got to the edge of the wood.

Not the dappled sun I had hoped for but the anenomes, the primroses, the orchids and the bluebells lightened my mood.

The flower that I blipped this day last year has not bloomed yet. It seems that everything is behind schedule.
