Late sunshine

Leaves turning, catching a late sunbeam.

A day of heavy showers and sunshine. Went over to the New Town by tram to make up a bed, and put tables together.  Disappointingly, there's a simple misfitting mistake in one of the tables, (from John Lewis) so that one leg doesn't fit .. so all the hassle of arranging a fix or replacement. This is the second table that's had a simple manufacturing issue (the other one is Ercol). No more new tables ... 

On the way out we walked through East Queen Street gardens, and caught a big beech in the sun. Had a quick look through Lakeland then to the tram.
