Mango & banana cream tart: holiday food

Something to cheerful for today's wet morning. By the time it was ready, the sun came and it turned out nice again.

Super simple crust with cashews, walnuts and dates. The filling is more cashews, mango, coconut, and banana with a little vanilla. It's quite soft so I had to set it in the freezer for an hour. Tastewise it's more banana than mango which is a slight disappointment for me. Next time I might leave the nana out; I mean, mango is too gorgeous to mask.
